When things gets boring, I do a few things to cheer myself up. One is going to co-up in IV to hang out, eat something healthy or learn something new. One of my foundings was Mate. Since it is more expensive that coffee if you want to pick up a cup of it from co-up, I only do it once in a while. Yesterday in TJ I found a box of it. Now I am happy.
If my green tea number is 6.5, my mate number is 7.

Everyone I know, myself included, wants only a few things out of life: to be happy, to be healthy, and to be prosperous in every area of our lives. The longer I live, the more clearly I see that these goals are so easily attainable. The only time when they are not is when we are doubting the wrong things.
Health
For every 100 good testimonies I hear, I hear 1 testimony of someone who tries a product one time, then decides it doesn’t work for them. And it’s always the same thing, it’s someone who has spent years and years meditating on harmful thoughts, years and years eating food that is awful for them, years and years of slathering toxin-filled products on their bodies, years and years of taking pharmaceutical drugs, and years and years of being angry, resentful, hurt, and stressed about everything in their lives and when their bodies [...]

I’ve had a headache of some kind for the past two weeks now. Knowing me so well it is only a matter of time before a simple harmless headache will miraculously morph into a bull blown life treatening condition such as a brain tumour. I feel OK about it at the moment but the longer it goes on the more chances there are that I’ll start to think way too much about it and will start questioning why it hasn’t gone yet and then all of a sudden I will self diagnose it as a brain tumour.
I hate the way that anything health wise within me turns out into a death sentence despite medical reassurances and the fact that I haven’t died yet.
Man this health anxiety sucks! Why won’t my bloody headache go???!! Arrggghhhh
Watch this space to see how it morphs!

A measure of the quality of health care in a county is the number of doctors and other health workers per capita, on the assumption that more doctors and more health workers per capita means better health care and better health care means better health:

Do we really need colon cleansers to help us to achieve optimal health? They say that there is very little new in the world, only that which we have forgotten, and this is a tenet as easily applied to the history of our colonic and intestinal health as anything else. Colon cleansers are nothing new, and while the advocates of colonic clearers might point proudly to the long history of these intestinal health tools, which indeed find their origins in Egyptian times, many of the supporters of the colonic cleansers and the intestinal health they purportedly encourage are more reluctant to admit that opposition to these natural remedies boasts a healthy history all of its own.
The thinking that first compelled the ancient Egyptians to develop the very first natural colon cleansers might have seemed, until a few years ago, as absurd to the modern day intestinal health consumer as the [...]

3. LOSS OF HEALTH
Losing health is always a consequence of a particular case. By neglecting the laws of health are
Suffer unpleasant results. By contrast, fidelity to those laws results in our service and benefit.

Creating Your Target is easy.
What I use to help create these targets is what I call SMARTS targets SMARTS stands for:
Simple, Sensory, and Specific
Measurable and Meaningful
As If Now
Realistic
Time Framed
Smiley Factor
Some more about what these all mean:
“S”: Simple is exactly that. Simple. Do not make it too complicated, or long and drawn out. Most people should be able to understand what it is. If it is a goal around some specific field, most of your colleagues should be able to understand your target.
“S”: Sensory involves all of your senses. You use your sense of vision. You hear things in this picture and movie. You smell things in your movie of your target. You feel things, both with your hands and with your emotions. In your picture, you have the internal voice in your head that you always have. You put all of these different senses into your picture, as well [...]

New studies suggested once again that citric fruits including oranges, tangerines, and grapefruits help fight cancer, high cholesterol, and obesity.
Studies both at Texas A&M University and Kanazawa Medical University in Japan showed that compounds in citric fruits can help reduce the risk of colon cancer. Researchers at Texas A&M University found that freeze-dried grapefruit, similar to the whole grapefruit, can reduce the incidence of early colon cancer lesions in animals. The Japanese researchers found anti-colon cancer properties in nobiletin - a compound found in tangerines.
Grapefruit can also reduce the risk of cancer caused by smoking. A study on the cancer prevention was done by the researchers at the University of Hawaii. The researchers found that drinking 6 ounces of grapefruit juice a day reduces the activity of a liver enzyme that is thought to activate toxic chemicals in the smoke.
On another front, scientists from the USDA and a Canadian company [...]

It’s hard to get through the day without hearing about antioxidant supplements these days.
It’s about time we started to hear about them, considering some of the best nutritional supplements act as powerful antioxidants.
First, let’s discuss what antioxidants actually do for you in plain English. Antioxidants can neutralize the damaging effects from free radicals that roam about inside your body. Free radicals are reactive chemical substances that travel around within the body. They can cause havoc internally and damage the body’s healthy cells.
Some scientists believe that free radical damage is the root cause of today’s many diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, and more nasty diseases. Some of these scientists even say that this is why we actually age!
If the above is true, and after all it does make a lot of sense if you think about it, then taking an effective antioxidant supplement could dramatically improve your health.
Antioxidants keep these [...]
